At Moloershow, we are dedicated to delivering your new favorite shoes as quickly and safely as possible. We ship globally to fashion lovers everywhere.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. A second email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Please note: During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday or new collection launches), processing may take an additional 24 hours.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $89.99. For orders under $89.99, a flat shipping fee applies.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to update with the latest location of your package.

  • If you have not received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@moloershow.com.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International Shipments: All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country’s customs department upon arrival.
  • Customer Responsibility: These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Moloershow has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

  • Customs Policies: Customs policies vary widely from country to country (including the US and EU). We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@moloershow.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

6. Lost/Stolen Packages

Moloershow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
