I placed an order. When will it ship?
We treat every order with care. Your shoes are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure you get your new shoes as soon as possible. If you need to make a change, please email support@moloershow.com within 12 hours of placing your order. While we cannot guarantee changes after this window, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.

Yes, we ship globally! We want women everywhere to enjoy Moloershow designs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $89.99.
03. Sizing & Fit
How do I know which size to choose?
We know shopping for shoes online can be tricky. Moloershow shoes generally run true to size.
• Standard Feet: Order your usual size.
• Wide Feet: We recommend sizing up by a half size for pointed-toe styles.
• In Between Sizes? We always suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Are your heels comfortable for all-day wear?
Absolutely. We believe you shouldn't have to sacrifice comfort for style. Our shoes are crafted with cushioned insoles and balanced arches designed for extended wear. Whether you're at the office or a party, our heels are made to support you.
04. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely in love with your new shoes. If the fit isn't perfect, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Important: Shoes must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and in their original shoe box. We recommend trying your new shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffing the soles.

How do I start a return?
